During our inspection, water infiltration was identified originating from the concrete slab above, resulting in moisture seepage and staining on the ceiling soffit below. Thermal imaging technology was utilized to detect temperature differentials, confirming the presence of concealed moisture within the slab structure. Early identification of slab leakage is critical to prevent progressive structural damage, ceiling deterioration, and costly repairs. Proper investigation and targeted rectification are recommended to resolve the root cause effectively.
